Analisis Kinerja Jaringan LTE-Advanced Menggunakan Metode Inter-Band Carrier Aggregation di Wilayah Rancaekek

Wilayah Rancaekek merupakan salah satu wilayah potential market di Kabupaten Bandung karena letaknya yang strategis sehingga diperlukan kapasitas jaringan sanggup memberikan layanan data pada setiap pengguna sebaik mungkin. Namun, berdasarkan hasil identifikasi Operating Support System berawal dari custumer complain operator, terdapat lima site dengan nilai rata-rata trafik tinggi ditunjukkan persentase penggunaan resource block melebihi 90% artinya batas toleransi operator tersebut mengakibatkan performansi LTE tidak optimal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan penerapan metode inter-band carrier aggregation LTE-Advanced menggabungkan band 1 (2100 MHz) sebesar 10 MHz dan 3 (1800 MHz. Salah keuntungan adalah dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan memiliki memaksimalkan sumber daya dimiliki oleh operator. Simulasi dua skenario. Skenario pertama sebagai primary component carrier. Sedangkan skenario kedua Berdasarkan simulasi menggunakan software Atoll 3.3, diketahui adanya Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) -88,15 dBm kenaikan 3,72 %, to Interference Noise Ratio (SINR) 13,65 dB 53,89 throughput 4.192 kbps 181,5 %.
